A COMPANY WITH A PURPOSE
COME WITH US ON THIS JOURNEY.
There is no question on the importance of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) to our success and to all of our stakeholders.
PRESIDENT AND CEO, CECO ENVIRONMENTAL
With respect to Social and Governance, CECO has long been committed to an environment that incorporates diversity, advancing talent and development, and strong processes around controls and transparency. We have zero tolerance for discrimination, unfair business practices or shortcuts that have no place in the workplace. Our newly revamped Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is comprehensive, and our employees are regularly trained on best practices with respect to business ethics and conduct.
These are just some of the many areas we will highlight in our ESG Report. We currently have a talented team of cross-functional leaders working to report on our progress in this upcoming inaugural report.
Our purpose and mission as a company is to protect our shared environment. The CECO teams are passionate about helping customers around the world achieve economic growth while eliminating toxic emissions, VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and other harmful particulates from affecting the air that all of us breathe.
CECO is a multinational company, with locations in eleven countries supporting a global customer base. This, by nature, means our workforce is as ethnically and culturally diverse, as is our customer base. We believe that our high-integrity culture and talented people drive our organization’s success. Not only their knowledge and skills but also their well-being, safety and professional growth are crucial to the quality of our solutions and customer relationships.
Governance at CECO starts with the tone set at the top by our leaders and board of directors for ethical behavior. To maintain CECO’s standards of ethical conduct within the company, CECO requires Code of Business Conduct and Ethics training. This comprehensive training is not only part of onboarding new hires but done on an annual basis for existing employees. All team members must read the company Code of Business Conduct and sign an acknowledgement of their commitment to adhere to all policies and guidelines
