The metal plating line is the part of the metal finishing process where metal is applied to a substrate. Metal plating and finishing involves many complex processes related to reducing contamination of the process bath; ensuring regular monitoring of bath chemistry; wetting agents; anodes; purified water; ventilation and exhaust systems; acid solution regeneration; and spent acid bath reuse. It can include processes such as anodizing, hot dip galvanizing and powder coating.
