Governance at CECO starts with the tone set at the top by our leaders and board of directors for ethical behavior. To maintain CECO’s standards of ethical conduct within the company, CECO requires Code of Business Conduct and Ethics training. This comprehensive training is not only part of onboarding new hires but done on an annual basis for existing employees. All team members must read the company Code of Business Conduct and sign an acknowledgement of their commitment to adhere to all policies and guidelines
