Flex-Kleen Bin Vents and Dust Collectors feature rugged welded housings that are equipped with automatic pulse-jet cleaning for air volumes from 50 cfm to 5,000 cfm.

Flex-Kleen Baghouses offer a wide variety of sizes, construction materials and filter media to fit your specific application needs, including flat wall Baghouses for large airflows that require a large amount of filter area, generally at lower pressures. Flex-Kleen’s horizontal cartridges allow for easy inspection and removal of cartridge filters – the most cost-effective solution available for applications requiring a small footprint.

Fisher-Klosterman Cyclones remove relatively large particles from the air and help recover valuable product from process gas streams. We offer a variety of efficiency levels and capacities to meet your specific collection needs.

CECO offers several products and applications for VOC control, including Adwest Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs), which are reliable, simple dual chamber oxidizers that can handle low to high VOC concentrations and flowrates from 1,000–8,000 cfm. They provide up to 99% VOC DRE (Destruction Removal Efficiency) and lower gas usage with 95-97% primary heat recovery and flameless Natural Gas Injection (NGI).
 
Hee-Duall Activated Carbon Systems are skid-mounted systems with flowrates up to 2,500 cfm and are suitable for low VOC concentration air streams and feature a space saving footprint and Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic, Polyvinyl Chloride or Polypropylene construction.
 
For acid gases and mist control, the Hexmaster Dry Scrubber is the lowest pressure drop Chemical Mechanical Planarization system for energy and maintenance savings and fastest payback in the industry with low water requirements during washdown and can be upgraded to a wet scrubber.
 
CECO also offers Packed Wet Scrubbers in a horizontal orientation for crossflow filtration in a low profile, easy access unit, and in a horizontal orientation for counter current flow filtration in a small footprint.
