We maintain a high-integrity culture and a priority on employee health and well-being in a number of ways. A centerpiece of our culture is the CECO Code of Business Conduct and Ethics. It is provided to every employee and serves as a guideline for inclusion, respect, ethical conduct, and other expectations along with links to company policies. Employees must sign an acknowledgement to adhere to the conduct on an annual basis.
CECO is committed to defending human rights not only among our employee base but all along our supply chain. In 2021 we are documenting our commitment and position into a company Human Rights policy.
Providing a workplace with safety process and protocols is a high priority at CECO. While COVID-19 has prompted the need for new levels of health and well-being related protocols and continued work-from-home arrangements, CECO has always had a strong safety training program that meets or exceeds regulatory safety standards.
