Todd Gleason

Chief Executive Officer

Todd Gleason is Chief Executive Officer and a board member of CECO Environmental, a global leader in air quality and fluid handling.  In this role, Todd drives the strategic vision of the company and aligns the organization for optimal value creation. 

Gleason joined CECO in July 2020, from Scientific Analytics a private equity-backed, predicative analytics technologies and services company, where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board since 2015.  

Prior to joining Scientific Analytics, Gleason served as Senior Vice President and Corporate Officer at Pentair (NYSE-PNR), a global water treatment company.  While at Pentair, Gleason was a board member of Faradyne Motors – a joint venture between Pentair and Xylem.  Gleason held a number of senior leadership positions earlier in his career at leading diversified industrial companies including Trane Technologies and Honeywell International.

Gleason holds a master’s degree in management in public policy from Carnegie Mellon University.  Gleason has his Six Sigma Black Belt and has completed numerous process improvement programs in LEAN Enterprise.  

Daniel Duncan

President, Energy Solutions

As President of Energy Solutions Segment at CECO Environmental, Daniel Duncan oversees all aspects of the global business with key centers in the U.S., Dubai, China, the UK, Netherlands and Singapore. He drives the operational strategy for growth and profitability along with the organizational development to ensure CECO builds on its leading market positions in the Energy Segment.

President and CEO of Yokogawa Corporation of America where he was responsible for sales, manufacturing, project execution, and all support functions. He also served on the managing board of parent company, Yokogawa Electric Corporation.

Previously, Daniel served as VP and General Manager of the Oil and Gas Division at Siemens Energy, Inc. where he was responsible for industrial gas turbines, steam turbines, compression, subsea products, water treatment, software solutions and engineering services for upstream, downstream and midstream projects. In earlier roles with Siemens, Daniel held progressive levels of responsibility within Siemens Industry, Inc. including responsibility for the U.S. sales organization delivering automation, electrical and power conversion products and services.

Earlier in his career, Daniel held sales roles with Honeywell and began his career as an engineer at Georgia Power Company.

Mr. Duncan earned a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and completed the International Advanced Management Program at Duke University.

Matt Eckl

Chief Financial Officer

Matt was named Chief Financial Officer of CECO Environmental in Jan. 2017 and leads all aspect of the company’s finance functions.

Matt brings to CECO a deep background in Finance leadership with complex multi-national public companies. As VP of Finance for Gardner Denver’s $1B Energy segment, he played a pivotal leadership role in the 2012 take-private transaction by KKR. He and the team were credited with growing…

GD’s global aftermarket business +15% annually over 3 years. Matt led several significant acquisitions and oversaw investments in new product sales for the Pressure Pumping business that generated a 60% increase in revenue. He was instrumental in preparing the GD IPO readiness activities, ensuring processes and controls were in place to support SOX 404 and a successful IPO.

Matt began his career at GE within the Information Management Leadership Program and Corporate Audit Staff. He grew through the ranks gaining expertise in financial and business controls, business leadership for growth and profitability, M&A due diligence, post-acquisition ERP/Shared Service center integration, and complex transactions. He joined Gardner Denver after holding several senior finance positions at GE Water.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Pennsylvania State University and is a LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt.

Ramesh Nuggihalli

Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer of CECO Environmental, Ramesh Nuggihalli is responsible for managing the global operations of the company and all operating companies delivering financial results through leadership with Customers, Employees and Shareholders.

Ramesh leads the development and execution of CECO’s operating plan, business development and operational execution.

Ramesh brings a proven track record of driving profitable growth and value creation in large industrial enterprises in both emerging and mature markets. He brings deep functional expertise in corporate strategy, marketing, mergers and acquisition and general management. Further, he has significant industry experience in the Power, O&G, Process and Water segments.

Previously, Ramesh held a Chief Operating Officer (COO) role in a private industrial automation company. Prior to being a COO, Ramesh was the President and Managing Director of Xylem Asia, based out of Singapore, serving the Water sector. Before that, he was the Managing Director of Pentair Middle East based out of Dubai, UAE, serving the Energy sector. He has had 20+ years of experience in the Industrial markets working across 25+ countries and managing complex international businesses in emerging markets. He has held executive leadership roles at Tyco, Ametek, General Electric, Babcock & Wilcox and SNC-Lavalin.

Ramesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the University of Mysore, India, a Master of Engineering degree from McGill University in Canada, and a Master of Business Administration from Wilfred Laurier University in Canada.

Paul Gohr

Chief Accounting Officer

As Chief Accounting Officer of CECO Environmental®, Paul oversees all aspects of the global accounting function and manages compliance with SOX standards, SEC reporting and tax. Paul joined CECO as the Vice President of Financial Reporting until being named to his current role.

Previously with global public accounting firm Grant Thornton LLP, Paul led audit services for mid-market consumer and manufacturing industrial clients across…

… aerospace, automotive, construction and other niche markets. Heading up audits for both private and public companies, he is credited with managing complex audits for multi-national, highly acquisitive organizations, SOX testing teams and other related services in North America and EMEA.

Paul holds Bachelor of Science in Business, Accountancy degree and a Master of Accountancy degree from Miami University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Pamela Turay

Senior Vice President, Human Resources

Pamela leads CECO’s overall human resources activities, with a focus on attracting, developing and engaging top leadership and talent around the world. She guides our high-performance culture that accelerates CECO’s sustainable long-term growth.

Prior to CECO, Pam served as Chief Human Resource Officer for Blucora, where she is credited with integrating a decentralized HR function into a shared service model in conjunction with Blucora’s transformation…

… from diverse businesses into an integrated services firm. To achieve this transformation, she worked with key business leaders and newly recruited executives on strategy, organizational change, and leadership/talent development. As Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Development with Jackson Hewitt, Pam led talent management and developed the organization’s strategy for recruiting, developing, rewarding and retaining the best talent. As part of this effort, she is credited with improving HR efficiency and the employee experience by managing and implementing a fully integrated HRIS. The resulting increase in employee morale correlated with an increase in customer satisfaction. Earlier in her career, she held human resource leadership roles at Harry and David, Musician’s Friend, Gibson Guitars, The Brand Consultancy, and Ernst & Young LLC.

Pam holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Marketing from Baldwin-Wallace University. She holds professional certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Senior Consulting Professional (SCP).

Chris Tsourides

President, Industrial Air and Fluid Solutions

As President of Industrial Air and Fluid Solutions for CECO Environmental, Chris Tsourides oversees all aspects of the Industrial Air and Fluid Solutions business to provide safe, clean, and more efficient air quality and fluid solutions for the industrials markets.

Prior to joining CECO, Mr. Tsourides served as Senior Business Director for Thermo Fisher Scientific, where he held global P&L responsibility for the Life Sciences Cell Culture, General Labware, Filtration, and…

… Sample Storage businesses and is credited with delivering record organic growth in 2017 by focusing on consumer genomic testing, biorepositories, and e-commerce initiatives. Previously, Mr. Tsourides held positions of progressive responsibility with 3M Corporation, most recently as Americas Sales Leader of the Display Materials and Systems Division, where he integrated three selling teams into one focused on key, target, channel, and territory sales for a $2.2B. Prior to that role, Mr. Tsourides was Global Director of Marketing for 3M Purification where he launched more than 10 market-driven new product introductions focused on the filtration, separation, and purification of fluids in the semiconductor, chemical processing, and display manufacturing industries. Earlier in his career, Mr. Tsourides managed the P&L for 3M Touch Systems which won 2 awards at the Consumer Electronics Show for innovative multi-touch technology.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Applied Science from Worcester State University in Worcester, MA. Additionally, he holds Six Sigma Green Belt certifications in process control and design.
