Fabrication
Kirk & Blum has extensive manufacturing facilities and has the flexibility and versatility to meet any customer need. We have in our organization over 370,000 sq. ft. of shop space equipped with the latest in fabrication equipment.

Installation
In order to provide a complete service to you, Kirk & Blum offers turnkey installation of its custom designed acoustical enclosures. Our first-rate field installation crews can have the acoustical system installed and your equipment back up and running with minimal or no down time. If you prefer to complete the installation with your own maintenance team, Kirk & Blum can provide an installation supervisor or piece-marked drawings for your use.

Quality Construction
K&B acoustical enclosures are built to keep noise inside, to provide maximum acoustical efficiency and ensure the comfort of plant personnel. Acoustical panels are of an Industrial Class Construction.

Shop Assembly
K&B can completely shop assemble your enclosure, depending on freight clearances.

Field Assembly
Large enclosures are shipped knocked down as standard panels and as special panels with all cutouts factory installed. Doors and windows are shipped in the largest assemblies practical. Our method of fabrication allows you to consider installing the enclosure with your own personnel. K&B can provide installation supervision or our field personnel are always available to handle complete installation at your plant.

Due to the offset and no-offset construction, fasteners are not required for vertical seams.
