CECO ENVIRONMENTAL RECEIVES $1,200,000 AUTO INDUSTRY ORDER

NEW YORK, February 22, 2005 - CECO Environmental Corp. (NASDAQ: CECE) reported today that it has received an order for approximately $1,200,000 for work requiring the renovation of air handling systems at an automotive assembly plant in the Southeastern United States.
